Lawyer - Intellectual Property Law Associate

Your Role

• You advise entrepreneurs and companies on the protection and enforcement of their intellectual property rights.
• You handle cases in the areas of trademark law, trade name law, copyright law, and design law.
• You assist clients in infringement cases and other IP disputes, both when their rights are violated and when they themselves are accused of infringement.
• You advise on the protection of, among other things, trademarks, trade names, designs, software, texts, photos, and other creative or innovative products.
• You conduct negotiations and litigate independently when necessary.
• You draft and review, among other things, license, distribution, agency, and franchise agreements.
• You advise clients on domain name disputes and the commercial exploitation of intellectual property rights.
• You collaborate with colleagues from related legal fields, such as contract law, corporate law, media law, and privacy and IT law.
• You will be given the space to build your own practice and expand it further if it aligns with your ambitions.
• Would you rather focus entirely on the substance and quality of your cases, without acquisition responsibility? There is room for that as well.
• If you are qualified, you can act as a supervisor for trainee lawyers.

Who We Are Looking For

• You have completed a Master's degree in Law at the university level.
• You have at least three years of experience as a lawyer, preferably in intellectual property law.
• You have an affinity with entrepreneurs, creative companies, brands, and innovation.
• You possess sharp legal insight and strong analytical skills.
• You communicate excellently, both orally and in writing.
• You can translate complex legal issues into clear and practically applicable advice.
• You work independently, meticulously, and are results-oriented.
• You have a proactive attitude and a strong sense of responsibility.
• You are accessible, engaged, and have an eye for the commercial interests behind a case.
• It is a plus if you can act as a supervisor for trainee lawyers.
