Our team of Solution Consultants are passionate about helping our customers solve their biggest challenges, and we’re looking for someone who shares that passion. **The Role** The Advisory Solution Consultant (ASC) - Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) is a key member of the pre-sales team responsible for demonstrating how ServiceNow’s SPM solutions help customers achieve their business objectives. The ASC is responsible for driving the technical sales cycle, understanding customer needs, and positioning the value of the ServiceNow platform. You will be an expert in the SPM space, partnering with Sales and Solution Consulting to drive ServiceNow’s SPM sales initiatives. This role requires strong communication and presentation skills, as well as a deep understanding of business processes related to portfolio management. **What you get to do in this role:** * Present the ServiceNow platform and its capabilities to both technical and business audiences. * Understand customer needs and articulate ServiceNow's value proposition. * Conduct discovery workshops with customers to understand their business challenges and requirements. * Develop and deliver compelling demonstrations and presentations. * Respond to RFI/RFPs. * Support sales teams in closing deals. * Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitive offerings. * Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders. * Collaborate with Product Management to provide feedback on product features and enhancements. * Participate in industry events and webinars. **To be successful in this role, you have:** * 5+ years of experience in consulting or pre-sales roles. * 5+ years of experience in strategic portfolio management or related areas. * Strong understanding of SPM processes, including project portfolio management, resource management, and financial planning. * Excellent communication and presentation skills. * Ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences. * Experience with cloud-based platforms. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Ability to travel as needed. **Bonus points:** * Experience with ServiceNow. * Project Management Professional (PMP) certification. * Experience with Agile methodologies. * Experience with ITIL.
