Advisory Delivery Consultant IT

We are looking for an experienced junior/mid-level professional who will be a key person in building a new advisory part of Nexio. This is not a standard support position - it is an opportunity to have a real impact on the shape and scale of our clients' new business. For 20 years, Nexio has been building a great technology company. Now we are opening Nexio Consulting - an advisory line: digital transformation strategies, AI maturity management, compliance frameworks. You will be at the very heart of building this process: from initial client meetings, through diagnostics, to implementation support. Your observations, questions, and ideas will directly influence how this business line develops. Your scope of responsibilities Diagnostics: mapping processes, data, culture, client readiness. Work on delivery: from use-case concepts to implementation support. Participating in strategic client meetings - listening, asking, influencing recommendations. Building methodologies together with the team - we have "Process before technology", but it is not a rigid dogma. Collaboration with Nexio Technology - you see the entire transformation cycle from concept to implementation. Our requirements We are looking for someone who already understands: how an organization works (structures, processes, politics), what it means to work with demanding clients, that a "technical matter" is often a business challenge (stakeholder conversations, documentation, presentations). You have 2-3 years of experience in the following areas: Consulting (strategic, transformational, technical - any direction). Consulting firms, agencies, boutiques. IT/engineering-driven environments (startup, software houses). AI-adjacent roles (product, operations, project management, research).
