Qualifications

What do you bring to the table?

• We are not looking for more 'consultants' who politely confirm what we already know. We are looking for executives who not only manage technology but truly understand and enjoy it – and who have already worked in responsible positions, led teams, and ideally, have seen something go wrong

Personalities with the following are particularly welcome:

• Solid operational and strategic experience (preferably C-level or equivalent)
• Genuine passion for technology and interest in AI, BI, and Data Management
• A network that one not only has but can also use strategically
• Desire to concretely support us in go-to-market and the further development of our growth strategy
• The ability to clearly and directly say what they see – even if it's uncomfortable
• Very good German and English skills (min. C1)

The industry is relatively unimportant to us. Whether software, IT services, automotive, industry, financial sector, or related areas – the main thing is that one brings leadership experience and genuine enthusiasm for technology.
