As a Life Insurance Advisor, you will guide clients with their questions about life insurance. You will listen to their needs, clearly explain the options, and ensure they make the right choices with confidence.

• You advise clients on life insurance, tailoring your advice to their personal situation and expectations.
• You discuss the various options in an understandable way and help clients choose the right solution.
• You meticulously follow up on applications and ongoing files, ensuring correct administrative processing.
• You answer client questions and provide support for changes or other insurance needs.
• You maintain existing client relationships and ensure pleasant, professional service.
• You identify opportunities to better guide clients and think along about solutions that meet their needs.
• You collaborate with your colleagues to ensure the smooth daily operation of the office.

We are primarily looking for an accessible and communicative personality who enjoys helping clients. A bachelor's level of thinking is important, complemented by the right commercial and customer-oriented mindset.

• You hold a bachelor's degree or have attained this level through relevant experience.
• You preferably have experience in insurance or another financial environment. Strong motivation and the right mindset are equally important.
• You are an articulate communicator who easily establishes contact and puts clients at ease.
• You are service-oriented and find satisfaction in answering questions and finding suitable solutions.
• You communicate clearly and translate information into understandable language. You don't need to delve into complex cases to feel good in your job.
• You work accurately and correctly follow up on client applications and administration.
• You take initiative, work independently where necessary, and function well within a team.
• You have a good command of Dutch and are also comfortable speaking French.
• You preferably possess the necessary PCP certificates. If you are willing to follow this training, that is also negotiable.
