Insurance Advisor

As an insurance advisor, you will primarily start within BOAR and gradually build your knowledge.

You will:

• advise clients on their insurance needs;
• prepare and follow up on quotes;
• process and manage insurance policies;
• maintain existing customer relationships;
• answer client questions and find suitable solutions;
• receive clients who visit the office;
• build a trusting relationship with your portfolio;
• work closely with colleagues who each have their own specialization;
• gradually grow into a broader role within insurance.

Starters begin with the basics of BOAR. As you gain more experience, your tasks will broaden. In the long term, the intention is for colleagues to be able to support each other in terms of content and for everyone to build broad knowledge within insurance.

You do not need ten years of experience to be eligible for this position. Strong school leavers with the right attitude are also welcome.

• A full-time position, 4/5ths is negotiable.
• A work week of 37.5 hours.
