Insurance Advisor

• You receive customers with enthusiasm and answer their questions about insurances (individuals and entrepreneurs)
• Advise on the right insurance solutions, including fire, car, family, life, and (SME) insurances
• Independently manage and follow up on client files and policies
• You assist colleagues in preparing quotes and ensure smooth administration
• Proactively come up with ideas to expand our client portfolio and grow the office
• You work client-focused, utilize digital tools and processes, and always put service first
• You participate in shared commercial goals and contribute to the team's success

• Bachelor's degree, PCP certificate, or equivalent through experience
• You have at least initial relevant experience in insurance, sales, or financial services
• Client-focused, eager to learn, and motivated — you are open to development
• You communicate fluently in Dutch and have a good knowledge of French and English
• Digital skills (Office 365, a management package like Brio is a plus)
• Team player who works independently, but also enjoys brainstorming in a group
• Ambition to grow: someone who raises the bar and wants to move forward with the office
• You preferably live in (the region of) Zaventem
