Insurance Advisor

In this role, you combine commercial follow-up with claims management within BOAR for private clients. You switch smoothly between creating new policies and correctly processing files when things go wrong.

Switching quickly. Finalizing files. Advising clients correctly. That's your domain.

• Managing production and claims within BOAR for private individuals
• Creating, modifying, and following up on insurance policies
• Handling and processing insurance claims from start to finish
• Actively thinking with clients about their insurance package
• Deepening conversations and identifying opportunities without hard selling
• Correctly registering and following up on files in the management system
• Close collaboration within a small, dynamic team

We are looking for a doer. Someone who moves forward, makes decisions, and doesn't let files linger.

You recognize yourself (largely) in the following:

• Experience in production, claims, or a combination of both within BOAR
• Bachelor's degree level of thinking
• You work quickly and efficiently, without becoming sloppy
• You complete files and don't hesitate endlessly
• You have a commercial mindset, but are not a hard seller
• You open conversations to broader needs and think along with the client
• You communicate fluently in Dutch and can get by in French (English is a plus)
• Experience with BRIO is a strong asset
• Open personality, straightforward.
