Insurance Advisor

As an Insurance Advisor, you will focus on production management within BOAR. You will guide clients, think along with their situation, and build your expertise step by step. Are you interested in life insurance? Then you will have the opportunity to grow further in that area as well.

You will end up in a role where you truly make a difference for clients, without having to be purely sales-driven.

• Managing and preparing BOAR insurance policies
• Advising clients in a clear and personal manner
• Following up on files from start to completion
• Identifying client needs and opportunities
• Maintaining long-term client relationships
• Potentially assisting with life insurance (branch 21/23)
• Collaborating with colleagues within the office

We are looking for someone who wants to grow in insurance and gains energy from client contact.

You recognize yourself (for the most part) in the following:

• Interest in insurance (experience is a plus, not a must)
• You work accurately and structured
• You communicate fluently and are customer-oriented
• You are eager to learn and open to learning new things
• You take initiative and think along with clients
• You work independently, but also function well in a team
• Knowledge of BOAR is a plus, interest in life is a nice bonus
• PCP certificate or willingness to obtain it
