Insurance Advisor

As an Insurance Advisor, you are the point of contact for clients with questions about claims, policies, and optimizations of their insurance package. You work autonomously and simultaneously collaborate strongly with your colleagues and the insurance agent.

What do you do exactly?

• You assist clients with questions about their current or new insurance policies.
• You prepare quotes and policies and handle the associated administration.
• You analyze the client's portfolio and identify new opportunities.
• You manage claim files from A to Z and negotiate with experts and the insurance company where necessary.
• You build a relationship of trust with your clients, think proactively, and ensure correct follow-up.

• You have a commercial mindset without being pushy.
• Customer-oriented work is second nature to you.
• You have good administrative insight and work accurately.
• You are a strong communicator, take initiative, and have a positive, flexible attitude.
