Adviser - Strategy and Execution Office (Insurance)

Azuro is recruiting a member of staff for the strategy and SEO (strategic execution office) within insurance. You are part of a team responsible for developing, realizing, and monitoring the strategic plan within the Life Insurance domain. You coordinate the preparation of the multi-year strategic plan and the annual action plan. You help line managers translate the company's strategy into their own area of responsibility. You substantiate the strategy based on the analysis of market trends, competitor analysis, and internal expertise. You identify opportunities for improvement and propose innovative solutions to achieve business objectives. You maintain a close relationship with stakeholders and ensure that the strategic plan is aligned with the overall business strategy. You are responsible for monitoring and reporting on the progress of the strategic plan and making adjustments as needed.
