Credit Advisor

You will primarily focus on credit granting and will have a role that combines customer contact, analysis, and commercial insight. Experience is an asset, but above all, a down-to-earth and professional approach makes the difference.

Your responsibilities:

• You will guide clients through their loan applications and identify their financial situation and needs.
• You will analyze files and meticulously prepare credit proposals.
• You will follow up on applications from the initial consultation to final processing.
• You will contribute to finding the most suitable financing solution.
• You will actively maintain contact with clients and ensure proper follow-up.
• You will work closely with colleagues within the office.
• You will keep your files administratively complete and up-to-date.
• You will build strong relationships of trust with your clients over time.

We are not looking for a smooth talker, but rather someone who is confident and exudes trust in a calm manner. Do you recognize yourself in this?

• You preferably already have experience with credits within the financial sector.
• You ideally possess your PCP certificates or are willing to obtain them.
• You work accurately and take responsibility for your files.
• You are customer-oriented, but at the same time maintain a healthy commercial mindset.
• You think along with the client and dare to form your own opinion.
• You are ambitious and see potential for a further future within the office.
• You are more down-to-earth than exuberant and feel comfortable in a professional, no-nonsense environment.
• Good knowledge of French is a plus, but not a requirement.
• You have an interest in financial products and work smoothly with digital systems.

Initial experience is preferred. However, the office is open to a strong profile with the right capabilities and motivation.
