Credit Advisor

You don't have to be a seasoned credit expert yet. But you do need to know where you want to go.

As a Credit Advisor, you will grow in a role where you guide clients through one of their most important financial decisions. You start broadly, get to know the office from the inside out, and evolve towards a stronger focus on credits.

You are given trust, but also responsibility. You will drive this forward yourself.

• Advising clients on credit solutions (consumer loans, mortgages, etc.)
• Analyzing files and assessing repayment capacity
• Preparing and following up on loan applications
• Supporting the broader banking and insurance offering
• Actively thinking along with clients and responding to their needs
• Building and maintaining long-term relationships
• Independently following up and finalizing files

We are not looking for a "waiting profile", but someone who takes initiative and wants to move forward.

You recognize yourself (largely) in the following:

• Bachelor's level of thinking or equivalent through experience
• Interest in credits and financial products
• Starter with potential or relevant experience
• You work independently and take responsibility
• You are assertive and dare to take a stance
• Proactive: you don't wait, you take initiative
• You have drive and want to prove yourself
• You communicate fluently in Dutch and can manage well in French
