Within your role as Adviser, you connect and guide government professionals and municipalities. During visits to municipalities, you analyze personnel issues to find a solution. You act as an extension of the municipality and believe that each personnel issue within the public domain deserves a situation-specific solution. As an adviser, you get energy from finding out what added value you create compared to the content. Unique within our function is that your development as a person and adviser is central, and you learn a lot about: the government, collaboration, and doing business, and strategic HR issues. So, you are continuously in contact with government experts, follow structured knowledge sessions, and are trained by a municipal secretary on the field of advisory skills within the public context.

What will you do exactly?

• As a strategic adviser, you discuss HR issues with municipalities and advise proactively from your expertise on personnel trajectories tailored to the field of permanent and temporary personnel, training and development, and research and advice.
• Certus Group is active within the social domain, physical domain, and business operations. You are responsible for the domain of Business Operations. You delve into developments on the labor market and societal developments within your region.
• It is your responsibility to analyze personnel issues during visits to municipalities and find out what is actually playing out to come to a solution.
• You guide recruitment trajectories and training programs at municipalities. In the field of training and development, you set up tailor-made trajectories in collaboration with our trainers and career coaches.
• In your role as adviser, you are responsible for collaborations with public organizations within the region. Through visiting and telephoning municipalities, you maintain relationships and expand your network.
• You represent our digital learning environment The Learning Civil Servant, where you advise on online learning.
• From your specialization, you work closely with our tender manager, marketing and communication advisor, and advisors within your domain. You are ultimately responsible for part of the organization and set your own annual and quarterly plans.
