Key Responsibilities: Plan, develop, and implement advertising campaigns that effectively promote College of NSW's programs and services; Conduct market research and analyze data to identify target audiences and optimize campaign performance; Collaborate with the Marketing Team to ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all marketing channels; Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors to secure advertising opportunities; Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve and refine our advertising strategies. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Marketing, or a related field; 3+ years of experience in advertising, marketing, or a related field; Strong understanding of digital media platforms, including social media, email marketing, and search engine optimization; Excellent communication and project management skills; Ability to work independently and as part of a team; Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
