In this fully remote role, you will work with clients to design personalized adventure and leisure travel experiences from start to finish. Travel Planning: Develop and manage travel itineraries, ensuring that all logistical details are taken care of, including transportation, accommodations, and activities. Client Communication: Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients throughout the planning process, addressing any concerns or questions they may have, and ensuring that their travel experience exceeds their expectations. Travel Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on the latest travel trends, destinations, and activities to provide clients with the most relevant and personalized recommendations. Problem-Solving: Troubleshoot any issues that may arise during the planning process, and develop creative solutions to ensure that clients' travel experiences are seamless and enjoyable. Team Collaboration: Work closely with our travel team to ensure that all aspects of the planning process are coordinated and executed smoothly.
