Your responsibilities:
- Ensuring quality of warehouse systems
- Finding and explaining irregularities in the operation of warehouse systems/computers and processes
- Collaborating with others to resolve problems with warehouse systems
- Creating reports and supporting initiatives aimed at developing computer systems and analytical tools
- Controlling actions to improve warehouse processes
- Leading system and performance analyses in the SAP system
- Collaborating with operational teams and the central IT department
- Responsibility for training end-users and Team Leaders on all new system functionalities or improvements
- Self-diagnosing and resolving IT problems occurring in warehouse areas
- Tech support for computer equipment users, including reinstalling systems and configuring: barcode scanners, label printers, laptops, Panel PCs
