Advanced Technical Assistant Wet Chemistry (w/m/div.)

Job description

As Advanced Technical Assistant Wet Chemistry, you will support process engineers independently in process management for our frontend product portfolio PowerMOS, ASIC and MEMS. You will help improve process stability by applying SPC, FDC, APC methods and conduct training to continuously improve processes.
In consultation with the process engineers, you will work on setting up and optimizing equipment controls and support process engineers in conducting process releases as well as adapting existing processes to new equipment.
You will support, evaluate, and document the smooth operation of equipment controls and develop team optimization measures to improve stability and reduce costs.
In your role, you will also support process engineers in creating action guidelines and reaction plans. This includes, among other things, equipment control lists, OCAPs (Out Of Control Action Plan) and qualification checklists.
With the department's key figures firmly in mind, you will act as an important interface between process and production engineers and support a smooth workflow in production and further shape the work environment in the Wet Chemistry area.
