Advanced Manufacturing Engineer DFM (m/f) @ Antal

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Biomedical, or related field). Proven experience in manufacturing, preferably within regulated or high-quality industries. Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies (certification is an advantage). Experience with statistical tools and data analysis (e.g., DOE, SPC, capability analysis). Understanding of manufacturing processes related to electronics and/or flexible materials is a plus. Familiarity with quality standards such as ISO 9001:2015 or AS9100D is also beneficial. Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams. Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and implement process improvements. Experience with CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, Autodesk Inventor) is an advantage.
