Advanced IT Project Manager (m/w/d) – Focus Software Implementation

We at PixelMechanics rely on "AI First" – also in project development. We are looking for an experienced project manager who can bridge the gap between the sold vision and technical reality. Your role is crucial: You ensure that complex software implementations (ERP/CRM) not only technically work, but also sustainably improve our customers' business processes. You have

• Fundierte Berufserfahrung: You look back on at least 4 years of experience (no lateral entrants) in direct management of IT and software projects, and are able to take over immediate operational responsibility.

• Erfahrung mit Unternehmenssoftware: Ideally, you already have knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., Odoo) or complex CRM landscapes (e.g., HubSpot). This is not a must, but a significant advantage.

• Technisches Verständnis (Must-Have): Although you're not an developer, you understand the mechanics of software. Terms like APIs, data models, and technical dependencies are familiar to you, so you can act as a competent contact person for our tech teams. Without IT background, this role is not feasible.
