Advanced Digital Skills Programme – Cape Town

Programme Overview:

This initiative is part of our commitment to increasing women’s representation in the technology sector. Participants will receive practical, in-demand skills across four key streams:

• IT Support – troubleshooting, system administration, AI and end-user assistance
  
  
• Web Development & Software Development – design, website optimization and application development.
  
  
• Data – data analysis, application development, and integration
  

The programme also includes mentorship, career coaching, and industry exposure, equipping participants to thrive in the digital economy.

Minimum Requirements:

• South African citizen (Born Citizenship)
  

• Must identify as a woman (programme is designed to support women’s participation in tech)
  

• NQF Level 5 or higher qualification in an IT specialised stream.
  
• Completed qualifications in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Development, Cyber Security, and other tech domain-specific qualifications.
  

• Be able to provide your certificate of highest academic achievement.
  

• Between the ages of 18-34 years
  

• Passion for building a career in advanced digital fields
