Adult Social Worker, Community Social Worker, Wolverhampton

This is a generic role so people need to have experience with transitions, younger adults, physical disabilities, older adults, dementia, CHC, Direct payments and ISF, managing a varied workload, hospital discharge, reablement and rehabilitation pathways, safeguarding, mental capacity assessments, court work, DOLS/CDOLS.

£28.40 ph
