You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure patients receive holistic, quality care. Job Responsibilities: * Assess patient condition and develop a plan of care * Administer medications and treatments as prescribed * Monitor patient vital signs and lab results * Educate patients and families on their health conditions and treatment plans * Document patient care accurately and completely * Collaborate with physicians, other nurses, and other healthcare professionals to provide optimal patient care * Adhere to all hospital policies and procedures * Maintain patient confidentiality Required Education: * Associate's Degree in Nursing or Diploma in Nursing Required Licenses and Certifications: * Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of North Carolina or compact license * Basic Life Support (BLS) certification * Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred Experience: * Minimum of one year of experience as a Registered Nurse preferred Skills: * Excellent clinical skills * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Critical thinking and problem-solving skills * Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks * Compassion and empathy Mission Health is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
