Job description
Adult Hospital Social Worker, Norfolk Pay rate - £34 per hour. You will be based in Julian Hospital in Norwich, which is for adults in later life (65). The setting consists of five wards which are divided into organic (Dementia) and functional (Bi-Polar/Schizophrenia etc.) mental health groups.
