The noon ecosystem of services now marketplaces for food delivery, quick commerce, fintech, and fashion. noon is a work in progress; we’re six years in, but only 5% done. noon’s mission: Ring every doorbell, every day. Role Overview We are looking for a Junior Ads Operations Executive to support the execution of our advertising strategies across various platforms. This role will be responsible for managing and optimizing ad campaigns, analyzing performance metrics, and providing insights to improve campaign effectiveness. Key Responsibilities Include: • Managing and optimizing ad campaigns across multiple platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) • Analyzing performance metrics and providing actionable insights to improve campaign effectiveness • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement advertising strategies • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital advertising • Providing exceptional customer service to internal stakeholders. Requirements: • 1-2 years of experience in ads operations or a related field • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Familiarity with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other digital advertising platforms • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
