Adoption Specialist - Radiology IT

Create, update, and maintain training materials, including manuals, presentations, e-learning modules, and job aids. Effectively introduce, demonstrate, and train customers on Fluency for Imaging in live and virtual classrooms using a blended approach incorporating adult learning concepts and best practices. Assess learners’ level of content comprehension throughout training. Participate in project implementations with key stakeholders, including pre and post go live participation if applicable. **Responsibilities:** * Design, develop, and deliver training programs for new and existing users of Radiology IT solutions. * Create and maintain training documentation, including manuals, guides, and online resources. * Conduct training sessions in-person and remotely. * Assess training effectiveness through testing and feedback. * Collaborate with the implementation team to ensure successful user adoption. * Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices. * Provide ongoing support and guidance to users. * Assist in the development of training strategies and initiatives. * Travel to customer sites as needed. **Qualifications:** * Bachelor's degree in a related field. * Experience in Radiology IT. * Experience in training and adult learning principles. * Excellent communication and presentation skills. * Strong organizational and time-management skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. * Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS). * Ability to travel as required. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience with Fluency for Imaging. * Experience with project implementations. * Experience with training development software.
