Adobe RTCDP Operations Analyst

Hiring Adobe RTCDP Operations Analyst in Mexico – Manage day-to-day system configuration & maintenance, audience definition, external system integrations, data analysis, insight formulation and other routine activities within Adobe’s Real Time Customer Data Platform. Perform troubleshooting when needed, and support requests from internal business stakeholders to define or understand target audiences, and to configure necessary automations and orchestration activities. This person will work alone, with minimal supervision, in a fast-paced environment, requiring strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize tasks effectively. The ideal candidate should have experience working with data analytics tools, such as Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, or similar, and be familiar with SQL and data visualization techniques. Additionally, the candidate should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, being able to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
