Adobe Customer Journey Analytics Engineer

What you'll do: As an Adobe Customer Journey Analytics Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining customer journey analytics solutions using Adobe Experience Cloud. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and develop data-driven insights that drive business outcomes. Key responsibilities include: • Designing and developing custom dashboards and reports in Adobe Launch and Adobe Workfront • Building and maintaining data pipelines using Adobe Data Science Workspace and other tools • Collaborating with stakeholders to identify and prioritize analytics projects • Developing and delivering analytics training and support to internal teams • Staying up-to-date with the latest trends, best practices, and technologies in customer journey analytics. What we're looking for: • 3+ years of experience in customer journey analytics or a related field • Strong understanding of Adobe Experience Cloud and its components (e.g., Launch, Workfront, Data Science Workspace) • Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or D3.js • Experience with data pipelines and ETL processes • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
