Job Summary: NST is seeking an Admissions Counselor who will be responsible for leading our admissions efforts, building relationships with prospective students, and ensuring a seamless application process. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of the technical education landscape in India, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: * Lead the admissions team in developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent from across India. * Build relationships with prospective students, parents, and guidance counselors to promote NST's unique value proposition. * Ensure a seamless application process by providing exceptional support to applicants, including responding to inquiries, reviewing applications, and making admission decisions. * Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns that showcase NST's strengths and achievements. * Analyze data and metrics to track admissions performance, identify trends, and inform strategic decision-making. Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Education, Marketing, or related fields). * 3+ years of experience in admissions, recruitment, or a related field. * Strong understanding of the technical education landscape in India, including trends, challenges, and opportunities. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with prospective students, parents, and guidance counselors. * Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and metrics to inform strategic decision-making.
