Role Description The Admissions Counselor will be responsible for coordinating with parents and guardians to ensure a smooth transition for new students, conducting tours and interviews, and providing information about our preschool program. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and have experience working with young children. Key Responsibilities: • Coordinate with parents and guardians to ensure a smooth transition for new students. • Conduct tours and interviews to provide information about our preschool program. • Provide support and guidance to teachers and staff as needed. • Maintain accurate records of student admissions and withdrawals. • Collaborate with the administration team to develop and implement policies and procedures related to student admissions. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field. • 2+ years of experience working with young children, preferably in a preschool setting. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Experience with Montessori education and Play-Way teaching methodology is preferred.
