We are seeking dynamic, target-oriented, and enthusiastic Admission Counselors to join our admissions team. The role involves guiding prospective students and parents, managing inquiries, and converting leads into successful admissions. Key Responsibilities 1. Telecalling: Conduct outbound calls to prospective students and parents to discuss their interests, goals, and aspirations. 2. Inquiry Management: Manage and respond to inquiries from prospective students and parents in a timely manner. 3. Lead Conversion: Convert leads into successful admissions by providing personalized guidance and support throughout the application process. 4. Student Support: Provide ongoing support to admitted students, ensuring their academic and personal needs are met. 5. Data Analysis: Analyze data to track progress, identify trends, and inform strategic decisions. 6.
