Admission Counsellor

Job Description:
Purpose:
ï‚· Under general direction, provides counselling in the areas of admissions, academics, student
services, program selection and career planning related Team.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
ï‚· Counsel students & working professionals for our various Distance Education Programs.
ï‚· Handling counselling via multiple channels including telephone calls, chats, emails and
addition, assist in the conversion process of leads generated from different sources, to
prospective admission seekers for the courses offered by NMIMS
ï‚· Generate leads for admission, Follow-ups for admissions & closure.
ï‚· Develop and maintain a positive working relationship with the student/ working professionals.
ï‚· Arrange meetings with relevant people in medium and large seminars and pitch our Management Programs for their employees.
ï‚· Delivery of Sales targets in performance driven competitive environment
ï‚· Maintaining MIS of all student queries and status
ï‚· Handling walk-ins & counselling, new registrations/re
ï‚· Managing the data in our own software.
ï‚· Coordinating with ICs and students for all admission related documents.

ï‚· Maintaining regular communication with the students for coordinating admission activities.
