Admin/Logistic Coordinator

Adecco Italia Spa is looking for an Admin/Logistic Coordinator for an American multinational logistics company specializing in international shipments for a new start-up in Alessandria.

Responsibilities

The candidate, reporting directly to the Operations Manager, will be responsible for the management and coordination of the warehouse Inbound team. The role is fundamental to ensuring operational continuity, accuracy of information, and adherence to service levels for the customer.

• Management and distribution of daily Admin team tasks with performance and productivity monitoring
• Supervision of the correctness of required transport documentation (CMR, etc.) and WMS flow registration
• Supervision of orders, load planning, and intervention in urgent situations
• Monitoring of virtual/real stock and intervention in case of anomalies
• Constant coordination with stakeholders: customer, supplier, and internal departments
• Reporting, KPI analysis to apply corrective actions and optimize processes

REQUIREMENTS

• Previous experience in people coordination of at least 2 years in a logistics or related context
• Education: high school diploma/degree
• Excellent knowledge of the English language
• Preferable knowledge of a WMS or warehouse logic
• Excellent problem-solving skills, analytical approach, and ability to relate at multiple levels
