Ideal Candidate
Profile sought:
-Has practical experience in managing websites and/or marketplaces
-Works structured, with very good attention to details
-Understands the direct impact of content (descriptions, images, prices) on sales
-Is user-experience oriented and has experience with users
-Can manage large volumes of products and information
-Is responsible and respects clear procedures
Knowledge and skills:
-Experience in listing and managing online products (own websites, marketplaces)
-Very good writing and structuring skills for product descriptions
-Knowledge of page optimization (content and basic UX)
-Knowledge of image editing (Canva, Photoshop or similar)
-Capacity to verify and correct stock levels, prices, and information
-Good communication and collaboration skills with internal teams
-Experience working with ERP or management systems (advantage)

Job Description
The right person will work closely with marketing, sales, procurement, and IT teams, having a direct impact on customer experience and commercial performance.
Responsibilities:
-Writing and optimizing product descriptions
-Listing new products on websites and marketplaces
-Updating existing products (prices, images, specifications, stock levels)
-Optimizing images for web (cropping, resizing, white background)
-Loading manual PDFs, technical files, and assembly diagrams
-Optimizing product pages for conversions (UX and content)
-Verifying correct display of stock levels and synchronizing with ERP
-Testing website functionality (links, forms, errors)
-Creating banners and visual materials for websites and campaigns
-Collaborating with internal teams (marketing, sales, technical, warehouse, procurement)
-Collaborating with programmers or IT agencies to resolve technical issues
-Monitoring content correctness and respecting internal procedures
