System Administrator

The person on this position will be responsible for supporting users of system platforms, implementing and training them on new functionalities, as well as analytical and automation support.

Scope of responsibilities:

• Professional administration of system platforms provided by Securitas Group, supporting daily operations: managing user accounts, resolving technical and process issues
• Servicing CRM and internal reporting system
• Adapting system changes and supporting tool development, identifying and gathering user needs to improve service
• Care for the quality of introduced data
• Broad-based training support for administered system platforms according to business expectations
• Digitalization, optimization, and professionalization of business processes
• Participation in company-wide projects designated by superiors

Requirements:

• PRACTICAL skills in gathering business and system requirements or willingness to acquire them
• Understanding of system logic and ability to translate it into business language, as well as strong business awareness
• Very good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel)
• Analytical thinking skills
• Excellent work organization and ability to work under time pressure
• Communicativeness, openness to people
• Punctuality and scrupulousness in performed tasks
• Proactive attitude
• Knowledge of English at least B1 level
• Desirable: driving license category B
