Administrator Systems for Identity Management

• Maintenance of Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM), Sailpoint IIQ in a multi-company environment (Polsat Group).


• Proactive improvement of system work, monitoring performance, responding and resolving current incidents and problems.


• Active participation and realization of tasks in projects related to integrating systems/applications with identity management system, including reviewing analytical and project documents.


• Cooperation with other IT departments and external suppliers.


• Seeking new solutions, improvements, identifying trends in developing systems within the scope of responsibilities.


• Developing projects and models for user and permission management.


• Designing and building processes related to identity management from a business perspective (e.g. life cycle management, access requests, audit permissions).


• Designing and implementing role-based access control model and associated permissions.

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or systems management (preferably).


• Familiarity with Windows Server 2019/2022.


• Minimum one-year experience in administering, implementing, configuring identity management systems IDM/IAM.


• Familiarity with Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM) solution.


• Familiarity with processes related to identity management and access.


• Knowledge of protocols and components of identity management systems.


• Knowledge of authentication and authorization protocols, including SAML, Active Directory (LDAP/KERBEROS), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).


• Familiarity with databases (especially MS SQL Server).


• Familiarity with basic programming languages and system scripting: Java, BeanShell, PowerShell.


• Communication skills and ability to work in a team.


• Independence and accuracy.


• Openness to new knowledge.


• Analytical approach to solving problems.


• Familiarity with the English language at a communicative level.
