Job description
Code & Pepper supports clients in demanding industries, helping them scale teams and build modern products. The project involves the expansion and maintenance of a highly available server infrastructure for the public sector. The system processes large volumes of data and requires compliance with strict security standards. The role focuses on application server administration, deployment automation, and monitoring environment stability. Our Must-Haves Minimum 2 years of experience as an Application Server Administrator or System Administrator Minimum one year of commercial experience in administering WildFly (JBoss) and Tomcat application servers, including their installation, configuration, and optimization Ability to install applications and manage monitoring and diagnostics of servers on which applications are running Our Nice-to-Haves Knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes) Experience in automating CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps) Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) approach Experience working in environments that meet public sector requirements What can we offer you? Cooperation in B2B model or Employment Contract – you choose Salary for Employment Contract: 8,000 - 12,000 PLN gross Rate for B2B: 10,000 - 15,000 PLN net + VAT Training budget (up to 2,500 PLN net per year) Flexible working hours (taking into account core hours) Possibility of 100% remote work Multisport Plus card and private medical care (Luxmed)
