Job Description
Main Responsibilities:
- Administration, monitoring, and maintenance of IT networks: LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, routers, switches, firewalls, and internet connections;
- Installation, configuration, and maintenance of computers, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT equipment;
- Administration of physical and virtual servers, data servers, storage systems, and network equipment;
- Administration of the video surveillance server and system: cameras, NVR/DVR, storage space, access, and recording archiving;
- Installation and updating of operating systems, programs, applications, antivirus solutions, and security patches;
- Providing technical support to employees, both on-site and remotely;
- Diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, network, or communication incidents;
- Implementing and periodically verifying backup solutions for company data and systems;
- Managing technical relationships with providers of internet, telephony, software, hardware, cloud services, and maintenance.
