• Relevant experience in managing systems and networks IT.
• Solid knowledge about operating systems, networks, and databases.
• Knowledge of cyber security and ability to implement appropriate security measures.
• Ability to identify and resolve complex technical problems.
• Attention to detail and ability to respect deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and in a team, managing own schedule and meeting deadlines.
• Ability to communicate efficiently with users.
• Medium-level knowledge of the English language.

Job Description
Job/Responsibilities :
• Installing, configuring, and maintaining company's computer systems, including servers, computers, networks, and storage devices.
• Monitoring and troubleshooting computer systems to prevent and resolve problems.
• Providing technical assistance to users regarding company's computer systems.
• Managing computer system security, including implementing and maintaining security policies and procedures.
• Ensuring that all systems and software are updated and in compliance with security requirements.
• Participating in development and implementation of computer systems projects.
• Maintaining computer system documentation.
• Problem-solving ability.

- Work schedule : between 4-6 hours/day/week at the company's headquarters
- Technical assistance remote (from home) , in exceptional situations (for situations that cannot be resolved from home) will work from the company's headquarters
