• Higher education degree completed, preferably in IT
• Experience in software and hardware management of at least 5 years.
• Driving license category B
• Availability for travel
• Knowledge of English language
• Is oriented towards results
• Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Continuously involves in applying IT policies and regulations: backup policy, Access management policy, Vulnerability management policy, Security policy, Acceptable use policy
• Helpdesk at software and hardware level
• Collaboration with suppliers and external partners for rapid solution of technical incidents.
• Ensuring the good functioning of video surveillance systems
• Verifying possible security problems, opening incident tickets
• Configuring/maintaining relays (VPN/LAN/WAN)
• Installing, configuring, and maintaining client operating systems
• Maintenance of Windows Server and Windows Client: security, updates, patches.
• Maintenance of scanner and wireless network systems
• Coordinating actions for opening/moving company workstations
• Documentation regarding data networks and telecommunications as well as IT diagrams
