Your mission:

You will work with the Desktop Support team from CEC Bank, ensuring the functionality of communication networks and information systems.

What you will do in this role?

• You will administer Microsoft Office (installation, general configuration, email Outlook setup);
• You will manage user and computer objects at the Active Directory level (including profile modifications) as well as security groups they belong to;
• You will manage the Microsoft Windows operating system (installing and configuring systems and applications, upgrades) on workstations;
• You will ensure level 1 support for incidents and service requests;
• You will provide technical support for assigning or modifying user profiles within the bank's information system;
• You will ensure the installation, configuration, functioning, and administration of IT&C equipment (computers, printers, multifunctional devices, etc.) in bank units;
• You will provide training to employees on using IT equipment;
• You will take care of user support from allocated counties and surrounding areas.

If you know about yourself that you have:

• Higher education completed;
• 3 years of work experience;
• 2 years of experience in the specific field of activity;
• Basics IT knowledge (Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, etc.);
• Configuration/installation of IT equipment (workstations/laptops, printers/scanners/mobile phones);
• Configuration of MS Office, MS Teams, etc. applications;
• Necessary knowledge for identifying/resolving performance problems with equipment;
• Necessary knowledge for installing/depaning/cabling communication equipment;
• Necessary knowledge for remote access - configuration and use of client VPN;
• Good communication and relationship skills;
• Capacity to plan and prioritize tasks, organize and resolve problems;
• Driving license category B;
• Paying attention to details.
