1. Requirements:
1.1. Higher education in IT, networking, automation, computers, electronics or other relevant specializations;
1.2. Professional experience of minimum 1-2 years in installing and configuring Windows operating systems for laptops and PCs;
1.3. Fundamental knowledge of networking: connectivity, IP, routers, Wi-Fi, network printers;
1.4. Hardware troubleshooting skills: RAM upgrade, SSD identification, simple defect detection;
1.5. Clear and patient communication with non-technical users;
1.6. Initiative, desire to learn, and technical documentation capacity;
1.7. Proactive attitude and team spirit;
1.8. Ability to develop good professional relationships with clients and client representatives;
1.9. Technical analysis ability, attention to detail, professionalism, responsibility, honesty, and confidentiality;
1.10. Advantage:
1.10.1. Experience with Windows Server and Active Directory;
1.10.2. Basic programming knowledge;
1.10.3. Interest in automating repetitive processes and using AI tools;
1.10.4. Driving license category B (for possible travel).

2. Job Purpose:
2.1. The job involves practical activities (installation, troubleshooting, and configuration of IT equipment), direct interaction with non-technical users, providing IT support, and maintaining the computer infrastructure;
2.2. It also requires constant technical documentation for adapting to new technologies and operational needs.
3. Job Responsibilities:
3.1. Providing internal technical support: hardware, software, and network;
3.2. Configuring and maintaining IT equipment and technical infrastructure;
3.3. Active participation in resolving incidents and maintaining the functioning of computer systems;
3.4. Interaction with colleagues from the company and collaboration with the technical team;
3.5. Managing user accounts and access rights (e.g., Active Directory);
3.6. Monitoring and maintaining network equipment (routers, switches, access points);
3.7. Performing periodic backups and updating essential applications;
3.8. Preparing and maintaining technical documentation for the IT infrastructure.
