JR10412564 Job Description Ensures the provision and updating of software packages. Maintains the infrastructure in operational condition, in accordance with OLA/SLAs. Provides support to internal clients for hardware and software issues (ticketing). Monitors and tracks the performance of the company's systems in relation to negotiated service level agreements (SLAs). Communicates improvements, updates, and end-of-life product management (obsolescence management) to the IT Manager. Ensures 24/7 support, depending on company needs and through automated scheduling and remote monitoring. Performs ITIL-based support processes, including incident, problem, change, configuration, and event management. Analyzes console messages, diagnoses system failures, and takes corrective actions to ensure operational continuity, escalating to other technical teams and vendors if necessary. Supervises the processing of system backups and coordinates disaster recovery tests. Identifies and implements technologies and processes that improve the reliability, efficiency, and availability of the systems environment.
