The Zurich hotel has been rebranded as of May 2023 to Radisson Hotel and Suites Zurich and is managed by Cycas Hospitality, the white label hotel operator in Europe. The hotel offers 343 appartments and 104 hotel rooms, which is a great mix for long business stays or short city trips to the city of Zurich. The location of the hotel is in between the city centre (15 minutes) and Zurich international airport (10 Minutes). Our guests are able to enjoy the fitness area, Italian restaurant LUIGIA, the bar and lounge, as well as the 24-hour room service. We are looking for a motivated and friendly Administrator Reservation (m/f) Reservations agent to join our team. As an Administrator Reservation (m/f) Reservations agent you will be responsible for handling reservations, answering guest inquiries, processing payments, and providing excellent customer service. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of all transactions and ensuring that the hotel's reservation system is up-to-date. The ideal candidate should have a high school diploma or equivalent, 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, and excellent communication skills.
