ABOUT THE ROLE:
We are seeking a motivated and organized Administrator to play a crucial role in our day-to-day office operations. This permanent position is ideal for those ready to step into the dynamic world of transport and logistics, with working hours from Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Managing the reception area and ensuring a welcoming environment for both visitors and team members.
- Handling inwards goods receipting to maintain a seamless flow of operations.
- Managing accounts payable and related documentation.
- Overseeing office management tasks to support the overall effectiveness and efficiency of our operations.
