RabbitMQ Administrator

Code & Pepper supports clients in demanding industries, helping them scale their teams and build modern products. The project concerns the maintenance and development of the asynchronous communication layer in a distributed system for the public sector. The architecture is based on the Event-Driven approach using a message bus. The person in this position is responsible for managing RabbitMQ clusters, their scalability, security, and performance. Our Must-Haves * Minimum one year of commercial experience in administering RabbitMQ message queuing systems * Experience in managing architecture and deploying RabbitMQ clusters * Ability to configure and maintain high availability and data replication in production environments * Experience in configuring message routing, flow logic, routing keys, bindings, and queue policies * Ability to configure access security and monitor the operation of the RabbitMQ system * Experience in performance optimization and diagnosing problems related to message transmission * Ability to ensure the stability of the RabbitMQ broker and minimize message transmission delays Our Nice-to-Haves * Experience in integrating RabbitMQ with applications developed in Java or .NET technology * Knowledge of alternative data streaming and queuing platforms (Apache Kafka) * Experience in deploying RabbitMQ in a Kubernetes environment (RabbitMQ Cluster Operator) * Ability to build CI/CD pipelines for automatic infrastructure configuration What can we offer you? * Cooperation under a B2B model or an Employment Contract – you choose * Salary for Employment Contract: 6,000 - 10,000 PLN gross * Rate for B2B: 7,000 - 12,000 PLN net + VAT * Training budget (up to 2500 PLN net per year) * Flexible working hours (taking into account core hours) * Possibility of 100% remote work * Multisport Plus card and private medical care (Luxmed)
