About the Opportunity: Goodmans LLP is seeking an Administrator, Office Services to provide administrative and operational support to the Office Services department. Reporting to the Manager, Office Services, this role will be responsible for a wide range of administrative duties, including: * Assisting with the overall administration and coordination of office services. * Managing and coordinating the day-to-day operations of the mailroom, including sorting, distributing, and preparing outgoing mail and packages. * Overseeing the inventory and ordering of office supplies, stationery, and other necessary items. * Maintaining and organizing office records and documentation. * Providing administrative support to various teams within the firm, such as preparing presentations, reports, and other documents. * Coordinating and assisting with internal events and meetings. * Liaising with external vendors and service providers. * Handling inquiries and providing information to internal and external stakeholders. * Assisting with other tasks and projects as assigned by the Manager, Office Services. Qualifications: * Proven experience in an administrative or office support role. * Strong organizational and time management skills. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). * Attention to detail and accuracy. * Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively. * Experience with mailroom operations and/or office supply management is an asset.
