Facilities Administrator (M/F/X)

Your responsibilities

• Preparation of documentation related to renovations and obtaining necessary permits for planned renovation and investment works,
• Supervision of works performed by employees and external contractors and their settlement,
• Settlement of maintenance works performed on the company premises,
• Maintaining documentation related to performed duties,
• Developing schedules and carrying out technical inspections of buildings, equipment, and installations,
• Maintaining and updating technical documentation of facilities,
• Ongoing control and maintenance of fire-fighting equipment functionality,
• Recording and settling costs related to the current maintenance of real estate,
• Organizing the operation of real estate in terms of cleanliness, waste management, fuel purchase, and managing affairs in the BDO and CRO systems.

Our requirements

• At least a technical secondary education and a minimum of one year of professional experience,
• Very good self-organization skills,
• Proficient computer skills,
• Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite (especially Excel, Word, Outlook),
• Ability for analytical thinking and drawing conclusions,
• Stress resistance and ability to act in situations requiring quick decisions,
• Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills,
• Ease of establishing contacts and high personal culture,
• Category B driving license and readiness for business trips.
