Tministrator - NFP, Membership, Accreditation Gordon, Sydney, 2072 Hybrid (3 days in office, 2 work from home) Full-time, Permanent, 8:30am – 4:30pm $65-70k plus Super About the Company The Australian Institute of Building Surveyors (AIBS) is the only professional body representing Building Surveying practitioners across Australia. As a national not-for-profit, AIBS operates a Professional Standards Scheme and provides high-quality training and events nationwide, supporting members to maintain their skills and knowledge in building surveying. About the Role We are seeking an experienced Administrator to join our team at Gordon, Sydney. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our Membership, Accreditation and Professional Standards teams. This is a full-time permanent position with a hybrid work arrangement (3 days in office, 2 work from home). Key Responsibilities: • Provide high-level administrative support to the Membership, Accreditation and Professional Standards teams; • Manage and maintain accurate records and databases for membership and accreditation purposes; • Coordinate and prepare materials for meetings, events and training sessions; • Develop and implement processes and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity; • Collaborate with other team members to achieve shared goals and objectives. Requirements: • 2+ years of experience in an administrative role; • Strong organizational and time management skills; • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; • Ability to work independently and as part of a team; • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); • Experience with database management systems would be highly regarded.
