Job description
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Administrator to join our team in our Tunbridge Wells office. This is a full-time, office-based role where you will play a key part in ensuring the smooth and efficient handling of administrative tasks. Why Join Logistics UK? Key Responsibilities: * Provide comprehensive administrative support to various departments. * Manage and maintain office supplies and equipment, ensuring sufficient stock levels and arranging for repairs when necessary. * Handle incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting, distributing, and preparing correspondence. * Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. * Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents. * Maintain accurate records and files, both physical and electronic. * Process invoices, expense reports, and other financial documents. * Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries, providing excellent customer service. * Support the organisation of events, including logistics and communications. * Undertake other administrative tasks as required. Skills and Experience: * Proven experience in an administrative role. * Excellent organisational and time-management skills. * Strong attention to detail and accuracy. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines. * Experience with financial administration is desirable.
